Are you a Brooke County resident with children under the age of five?
Dolly Parton's Imagination Library (DPIL) has been brought to Brooke County thanks to funding from the Wellsburg ELKS Lodge 1553, Brooke Hancock Family Resource Network, and the Brooke County Public Libraries as well as funding we apply from the United Way of the UOV. Most recently, it has been substantially funded and supported by the Brooke County Board of ED.
This means your children who reside in Brooke County can receive a FREE book EVERY month from birth until their fifth birthday.
All you need to do is follow the REGISTER link below or stop in today for a rack card that you can turn in to either library location to sign them up!

Developed by literacy specialists to accompany the monthly mailed Imagination Library book selections, these family activity sheets are designed to promote learning and foster engagement with children and their caregivers.
Caregivers, also consider signing your child(ren) up for 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten as is blends perfectly together with DPIL!
