3 Stars - A slow burning thriller that's got quite a few unique twists. Arson and murder plots all mixed up together with a who dun it angle thrown in too. I liked Bri even if she was a bit extremely emotionally unavailable. She really made the reader and other characters work for every personal detail it felt like. Marc was much easier to relate too, and his patience chipping away at Bri's walls was sweet. This plot was a little darker than I initially expected and it could make for quite the creepy late night read fest. But while the pacing was good, it still felt a tad long. And I guessed the big plot twist but I thought it was pretty good anyway.
