3.5 Stars - An adorable romance starring (my little pun) Miranda, an overly logical girl who is following her horoscopes for a year. Layne's light-hearted writing style doesn't skimp on the feels. Even though this is pretty fluffy, it's got a lot of heart. Miranda is probably too smart for her own good, and she's not very good at being impulsive, even when she tries. She doesn't exactly learn to chill, but she does eventually, and I mean eventually, see what's right in front of her. My biggest complaint is that we only get her POV here, and since this is love triangle, albeit a weak one, most of the book she's dating someone else. But she does get to banter and also spend a lot of time with her new neighbor and friend Archer, who is incredibly clever and patient. This is a perfect romance for those who prefer sweetness to steaminess and enjoy a good friends-to-lovers story.
