Friends of BCPL
The Friends of the Brooke County Public Libraries were once made up of two separate groups. The Friends of the Brooke County Public Library and the Friends of the Follansbee Public Library.
They formally merged together on April 25, 2019, when Nina Meca, the only remaining Follansbee Member, agreed to join the two groups. The original Brooke Group Adopted its bylaws on April 7, 1988. The Follansbee Group Adopted its bylaws a few years later, around the time of the branch opening in 1996.
